License Renewals
NEW APPLICATIONS: New applications - including reactivations and reinstatements must be a paper application. The form is found on the Home page under the documents tab. You cannot apply online.
RENEWALS: This online application is for renewals of existing RPG Licenses and for GIT renewals. It was activated November 1, 2024, and will remain open until June 30, 2025. Renewals are due by December 31, 2024. Late fees begin on February 1, 2025, and increase each month the renewal is not paid. After June 30, 2025, you will not be able to renew online AND your application will expire. At this point a new application will be required to reinstate/reactivate your license.
FEES: GIT renewals $100; RPG renewals $200; credit card fees apply and vary with the charged amount and type of payment - debit or credit. See the Fee Schedule for Late Fees.

Item Purchase - Seals: Stamps and Embossers
RPG seal stamps (rubber or self-inking) and/or embossers must be ordered directly from MSBRPG. You can either fill out the order form and submit it by mail with a check or money order or you can send the completed form by email to geology@msbrpg.ms.gov and receive an electronic invoice from MS.gov.

THE PROCESS: After the orders are processed by the board, the orders are drop shipped by the supplier to the address provided.
NOTE: Your RPG license must be ACTIVE in order to place an order.
